URGENT: Wells Fargo/Flagstar Bank ACH Members

Former Wells Fargo ACH users need to update their account info immediately to avoid extra fees and missed payments.

If you had a Wells Fargo account that is now Flagstar Bank and you use automatic withdrawal to pay your electric bill (ACH), there may be fees and missed payments if you do not update it immediately. Please call the office or visit your SmartHub account at to update. 

Outage Reporting

Please do not use the Contact Us form to report your outage. All outages should be reported to our 24-hour line at 260-665-3563 in order to show up in our Outage Management System. If phone lines are busy, please be patient; there may be others reporting outages as well.
